VHC3 Heater Core is made in Japan, redesigned for VALEO type produced after 1994

Since 1994 VALEO Heater Core started to cause a lot of troubles by leakage of radiator fluid for its structural reason.

On VALEO products, the fluid was leaked badly from O-ring assembled at the plastic neck of L-shape IN and OUT and steel joints.
Leakage still happened many times even if replaced with the genuine repair parts or other companies’ modified parts.

The new Heater Core has brass L-shape pipes, and is molded together with these necks and pipes. This is designed and sold by J.M.S.A. Groups parts division. It results in no risk of leakage from the parts.

Moreover this product applies pure copper fins which has higher heat exchange rate than the genuine ones.
The copper fins can generate even warmer wind from heater, which is appreciated by people living in cold areas.

Another trouble is that the coolant smudged out from fins and made unpleasant smell like burned coolant. With this redesigned core, there is no worry about such a trouble.

Durability: the product life is a couple of times longer than the genuine products or VALEO products, which is cost saving.
For JMSA original products, respective parts such as core, tank, pipe and bracket are processed in domestic top class manufacturers
and also assembled in the same places. For this reason, the quality becomes more stable and reliable.

Many of copy products cannot reach this quality, because of the reason above and design concept.
